Nasya therapy is used in Ayurveda where herbalised oil is administered through the nostrils as the nose is considered to be the gateway to the head. Nasya is very effective for all ENT illnesses. It also cleanses and opens the channels of the head, improving breathing and clearing prana channels which has a direct influence on the functioning of brain.
