Do you want to learn easy ways to relax? Do you wish to learn something new but be realistic about how much time you can give it? Do you want practical and realistic tools and techniques to achieve this?

If so then join us for our specially designed classes where you can discover new ways of relaxation through stillness and meditation. Easy techniques are used so that you can carry this on in your spare time at home, work or anywhere else.

Pranayama is a breathing technique that brings the subtle life force into our being. There are several different practices that helps to release tension and calm the mind, nerves and emotions.

Meditation helps to clear thoughts and develops an awareness of your inner self.

All classes are for an hour and cost £50 (non-refundable) for a block of six classes. These are suitable for everyone irrespective of age or circumstance. We hold these classes in small numbers of a maximum of 10 people so it is adviseable to book early to avoid disappointment. We finish each class with a complimentary cup of herbal tea.


Class Schedule


Classes are held on Monday & Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings. Booking essential.
