Tap into your inner Healer with Yoga & Ayurveda
November is a time of the year when the summer is behind us making way for the winter of cold and quiet giving us an opportunity to retreat, to hibernate and go within. This is a time for introspection, inner nurturing and future planning. It is a time to sow seeds for the new season, the New Year or the new you. Have you ever considered that only a daily holistic approach can help you achieve that?
With Diwali and its new beginnings just passed and the imminent coming of the ‘big change’ in December, this is a perfect time to introduce ways that can activate our innate healing capabilities – an important aspect of Ayurvedic medicine. Spend this weekend learning how daily practice of Yoga and Ayurveda can help to bring harmony to your mind, body and emotions.
This special retreat is designed for anyone who is keen to understand the Sister sciences – their relationship, methods, philosophy and practice. There will be daily yoga and meditation, group and individual exercises, talks and free time.
