It gives life, strength, energy, courage and self-determination therefore giving us more than the physical requirements. It is a carrier of prana (the life force) that also effects our consciousness. This class touches on foods and their relationship to the mind – what calms and what excites! Join us in a very special class to explore the wonderful world of sattvic food!
A sattvic diet (also known as yogic diet) is the best diet for the mind and emotions. Come and learn how you can either change or incorporate some foods to improve your eating habits.
