Workshops are a great way of learning how to do things yourself. They are designed to empower you to look after health. They explain and demonstrate easy techniques that require little effort or time and are economical so a great way of saving money especially if you are catering to the needs of a family. Above all we feel it is a great way of meeting like minded people and having fun. Working in groups always throw light on different issues and can be very informative and helpful. It also gives you that extra push to either get healthy or stay healthy.
Workshops are held in small groups on a first come first basis with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 people.
